職務内容 Job Purpose
New Product Solution Manager is accountable to lead the new launch plan preparation and initiate cross functional collaboration, upon the establishment of the local launch preparation team during the regulatory submission and pre-approval period. The lead is also responsible for the execution of the launch plan upon the confirmation of the new product’s regulatory approval.

Key Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
Primary responsibility is to lead the planning and the execution of the product launches and track the launch progress, lead the process of market preparation including product strategy development, product positioning, pricing assessment/preparation, sales & supply forecasting, KOL development, distribution readiness, hospital listing process, market research development/executions, targeting, message developing, brand positioning and all other key launch preparation activities
Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration with internal (local/region/global) key stakeholders such as R&D, regulatory, other commercial (sales/training), medical, finance, business analytics, commercial excellence, public affairs, supply and other key cross-functional counterparts as well as external stakeholders to lead and deliver key launch planning and execution activities
Initiate and lead the launch preparation coordination and drive functional accountability to meet the agreed timeline and quality of overall Launch Excellence Team (LET)
Build the specific launch KPIs in collaboration with the cross-functional launch leads and track the progress persistently
Accountable for the strategic decisions to prioritize activities should there exist any stretch situation through a rigorous coordination with key stakeholders; develop and execute urgent and effective remediation plans for identified risks when applicable with strong agility
Establish promotional materials from scratch(align with strategy & tactics)
応募要件 Experiences & Qualifications: More than 5 – 7 years of pharmaceutical brand management, new product launch and people management experiences, sales experience is a plus; MBA or other Masters a plus; fluency in written and spoken Japanese and business level English required

Leadership & Mindset: Solid and proven track record of brand management skills, strategic mindset, strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, high level of agility and innovative mindset, positive and growth mindset

Compliance: Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures and all activities of associates comply with company standards and local regulations
