職務内容 Job Description:
Accountability
・Align learning programs to our global L&P programs and business requirements
・Manage and administer training framework delivery, including resources, faculty and budget
・Leadership development for sales leaders
・Work as a performance consultant for Business Units
・To provide leadership, oversight and strategic direction for the Learning and Performance
team

Key Responsibilities:
・Contribute to achieve the L&P organizational goals collaborated with other L&P staff.
・Works as a communication hub with Oncology Business to propose optimal training solution for Oncology Business.
・Plan and conduct Sales Leadership and next leaders training to develop their capability on Leadership, Coaching and Area Management
・Conduct Area Business Review for DMs with BU Heads.
・Lead, build, adapt and manage a comprehensive Therapeutic Learning Curriculum to meet the organization’s commercial needs
・Contribute to the Learning & Performance Forum for organizational training & development needs
・Design the training approach based on analysis of overall business and skill requirements in BUs to address the needs in each BUs.
・Tailor selling models & capability training that delivers on individual business needs and goto-market model
・Facilitation of training as required, including recommendation of faculty/training providers
・Contribute to develop strategic direction for the Learning and Performance team and develop key capabilities and skills
・Coaching and mentoring of junior staff in Japan L&P team
応募要件 Basic Qualification:
・University or college degree and/or tertiary training
・Extensive experience in training and development within pharmaceutical industry
・Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence at commercial manager levels and relate with individuals from a variety of disciplines
・Experience in the development and implementation of cross functional training strategies
・Fully conversant with adult learning theories and a proven ability to translate those into
practical application
・Proven project management skills
・Communication skills, with fluency in both Japanese and English (both verbal and written)
・Strong presentation skills
・Computer skills (MS Office Suite)
・Skilled in providing frequent and on-going feedback that is specific, insightful and timely
・Serves as a role model for organizational agility and our values
・More than 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
・Small organization or project management experience
・More than 3 years’ experience in sales training, marketing or sales planning function
・Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
・Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
・Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
・Effective, versatile and action-oriented
・Excellent communication skills
・Facilitation, Coaching, Presentation and Instruction design skill
