募集職種 Bone Head of Strategic Liaison West
職務内容 Coach and develop the team to becoming experts at executive level engagement to build partnerships
Identify opportunities and take actions to build strategic working relationships with internal and external customers.
Create and maintain successful business partnerships with customers by meeting regularly with relevant stakeholders and target health care professionals and staff within assigned Accounts to understand their needs as well as needs of the patient.
Develop an extensive understanding of the customer's business / organization and patient population in order to assess their needs and provide insight to create value to meet both the needs of the customer and patients.
Develop an extensive understanding that of individual stakeholder/account operating model including, organizational structure, patient population and flow and staff engagement model, and then use these insights to deliver individualized solutions by working with internal our experts.
Develop relationships with senior-level stakeholders within an account to drive access for the Company. Engage with KOL’s in key accounts for forward looking strategy relevant to disease state.
Facilitate Peer-to-Peer interactions for KOL’s and other key stakeholders across accounts to stimulate sharing of innovation and best practices to progress toward better patient care overall.
応募要件 Minimum of 5 to 8 years of institutional/large account management experience
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of management experience, including 3+ years of leading first-line managers
Previous pharmaceutical/ biologic or Institutional/Large Account selling experience
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at all levels including “C Suite” executive level experience and success
Demonstrated excellence in account management, relationship development, internal asset coordination, and account penetration
Demonstrated strength in business planning and tactical plan development and execution
Understanding of market access, reimbursement, and health care delivery system structures and trade distribution differences
Demonstrated ability to deliver sales results
Ability to develop, implement and coordinate strategic initiatives with cross functional stakeholders to successfully facilitate better care for osteoporosis in patients after a fracture
Ability to analyze and interpret and understand customer needs successfully navigate through the healthcare environment
Possess a working knowledge of geography, preferably with existing relationships with key organized customers
Experience working with alliance partners to deliver solutions to customers a plus
Ability to work autonomously using discretion and independent judgment where necessary and appropriate
Strong communication skills - written and verbal; clearly conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages audience and helps them understand and retain message
Outstanding interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills and flexibility to meet customer demands
Demonstrates impact and influence on others by creating a professional and polished image of self and us
Demonstrated successful leadership experience, including but not limited to successful development of people, engagement of employees and customers, retaining high performing talent, identifying and developing high potential, building successful teams
Experience with advocacy development within a specialty framework highly desired
Understanding of medical benefits claims processing and administration for physician administered drugs is preferred for both hospital (inpatient and outpatient) and physician services
Fluent in both Japanese and English
