募集職種 新製品企画マネージャー(医療政策)/New Product Planning Manager(Pricing & Access)
職務内容 ・Contribute to global products strategy planning under collaboration with internal stakeholders including R&D and Marketing functions
・Partners with Global Pricing & Market Access functions and its relevant functions
・Provide in-depth insights on pricing, reimbursement and policy matters for early stage product evaluation to Global related functions
・Directional assessment on pricing related matters including:Conducts pricing and market access assessments for early-stage opportunities in new productsCollaborates with the relevant functions to conduct payer research for market understandings and product profilingCollaborate to develop Country Launch Plan aligned with Global Product
StrategyPartners with R&D project teams to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, target price optimization etc.)Evolution of the reimbursement/funding system and what the environment will evolve to at launch and beyondTo create Value evidences that is required to support optimal product access at launch sequence
・External engagementEngage regularly with relevant reimbursement/funding authorities to understand current landscape and anticipate future changes
・Communication and collaborationCollaborates with functional country archetype colleaguesUpdates local affiliate and regional stakeholders on key issues to inform prelaunch planning
応募要件 Basic Requirements:
・College graduate + 6 years of job related experience
・More than 5 years in New Product planning (including pre-launch activities), clinical development or the relevant experiences at pharmaceutical industry, including pricing manager (especially, CNS, Cardiovascular, and/or Inflammatory area)
・In depth knowledge of the payer, government environment including reimbursement, pricing, value drivers, formulary management, HTA policy, and government affairs/policy/advocacy, for example, experiences related to drug price listing, CTD review
・Ability to review clinical and health economic literature, including disease state information, clinical trial design and results, and pharmacoeconomic studies to understand implication for key stakeholders including payers
・Understanding of what needs to be differentiated in the access strategy for the product to be successful
・Establishes relationships and trust while collaborating cross-functionally
・Academic degree in science

Preferred Requirements:
・At least more than 3 years in strategic planning at pharmaceutical company or consulting firm from access points of view.
・Inclusion and coordination skill and established ability
・Project management skill and established ability
・Knowledge on R&D/regulation/pricing of pharmaceutical products

Key capabilities:
・Knowledge in pharmaceutical industry, especially in biopharmaceutical industry
・Profound knowledge of business process in New product evaluation, especially for CV/inflammation/CNS TA, at pharmaceutical company
・Relevant therapeutic areas knowledge or science background
・Strategic planning skill and established ability
・Analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and established ability
・Independent and self-motivated
・Open, cooperative and flexible mind-set, and teamwork ability
・Leadership/facilitation ability for cross functional work
・English (Business level or more including oral skill)
